In case of cancellation of reservation for 7 days /168 hour/ prior to arrival, fines are not charged and your amount is fully refundable. If you cancel your reservation later or in case of no-show, the first night fee will be charged as a fine.
If you cancel the non refundable book, you will not be refunded any of the payment
